Working as flexworker

Many companies like to work with a flexible workforce. This means that employees are under contract with an employment agency such as Nutri-akt.

What does this mean for you?

Contract

As a flex worker you will receive a contract via Nutri-akt for a fixed period, depending on the duration of the assignment. You start in phase A, and after 52 weeks you move on to phase B.

The legislation regarding flexible working changes regularly. Naturally, we will ensure that we stay informed of all changes and will inform you if necessary.

Salary

We follow the hirer’s remuneration for all contracts. This means that your salary is the same as someone employed by the same company where you work. We also reimburse the expenses that are customary for the client. This includes extra days of leave, travel expenses and work-from-home allowance.

Your salary is paid weekly and based on your worked hours. You submit hours and other expenses in a time portal. This can be a portal of the client, Beeline or Acceleration, or our own portal.

Pension

If you are 21 years or older, you will accrue pension with StiPP from the start. More information about the StiPP pension can be found here.

CLA

We follow the ABU Collective Labor Agreement.  The most common conditions of the CLA are explained on this website. Of course, you can always ask your contact person for further explanation.

In addition, at Work in NL you find a lot of extra information about working in the Netherlands (the information is available in several languages).

Visa and 30% rule

As recognized partner of the IND, we have the option of applying for a residence permit for temporary workers.
We also have in-house expertise to carry out the free reimbursement of extraterritorial costs (30% rule).
If you would like to know more, please ask your contact person. These are personal procedures and therefore different for everyone.
