For one of our clients in Specialized Nutrition we are looking for an experienced Project manager who also has experience in Change management.
Experience within the Food industry is key.

Functieomschrijving

The company is working on a Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solution and the program they are implementing in the company is moving into the Deployment phase.

The objective is to implement a global Product Lifecycle management (PLM) solution in the company, with the ambition to have One way of working, One template and One tool for specification management and recipe management within the company.
Scope is end to end, from ingredients specifications till Finished Product specifications and recipe BOM integration in manufacturing. The PLM solution is a cross functional solution, in which R&I, Manufacturing, Quality and regulatory will collaborate on the creation and approval of specifications and recipes.

Within the program several positions are already covered and they are now looking for a Deployment lead to start preparing further implementation.

The deployment lead roll is a combination of Project management and Change management specific to Specialized Nutrition.

Profiel

• MSc in Food Technology, Engineering or similar
• Track record in Project and Change management in the Food Industry: experience in gap analyses, risk assessment, change impact assessment, follow up on identified actions, resources identification & allocation
• Ability to work independently, but also be able to closely collaborate with the core program team
• Knowledge of Specialized Nutrition is a big plus
• Fluent in English
