Junior Regional Sales Manager (Russian)



For one of our clients we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager.

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for the revenues in specific countries in the Central Asian region. Besides maintaining and strengthening the established relationships with distributors, the Regional Sales Manager is fully responsible for the development & management of sales, distributions, and executional KPI’s on management results, costs, A&P budget, working capital and payments.


To successfully bring a relationship between a distributor and the company to the next level, leading the MMS team assigned to the region and deploy the set strategy in the different countries by cross-functional collaboration and full distributor engagement. Accelerate the current business by unlocking market potential and delivering to the wider company strategy.

Key responsibilities:

  • Developing a sales plan for a next 3 years on region and country level
  • Lead the regional projects
  • Implementing the sales strategy through Distributors
  • Manage the regional sales budget by agreeing, tracking and assessing Trade Support activities
  • Maximizing sales & cash and improve the profit in the territory


  • A masters-degree Sales, Marketing or Business Management
  • 2 years (relevant) experience, working with a distributors or key accounts within FMCG or relevant business
  • Working as sales representative or within a sales force would be a plus
  • Solid understanding of theoretical and practical application of category and P&L
  • Distributor management- and negotiation skills
  • Speaks and writes English & Russian fluently
  • Detailed oriented and meeting the deadlines
  • Knowing the project management would be a plus
  • Willingnes to travel frequently (30 to 40% of the time)
