Junior Brand Manager

Our client is looking for the new talent to design the consumer value propositions for the upcoming innovations in its leader brand.


Main Responsibilities

  • Build consumer value propositions that are distinctive, superior, meaningful, addresses unique pain points of parents / customers and creates value
  • Effectively utilize consumer research to sharpen & validate innovation ideas
  • Manage innovation projects in a cross functional set up (global & local / internal & external) ensuring top quality delivery in tight timings and deadlines
  • Develop clear guidelines on implementation of global value proposition in markets, cascade to CBUs and ensure high quality execution.


  • BSc, Business or Marketing degree (masters is a plus)
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Marketing experience in blue-chip consumer organization with strong innovation culture is a plus
