The Commercial TT ITR (Traceability Transformation – Inbound Traceability) deployment data maintenance expert & coordinator is responsible to understand the data infrastructure and identify gaps for the full scope of the TT ITR deployment with connection to commercial job families: strategic sourcing, commercial operations, and supplier quality assurance. Mapping all requirements (pre-requisites) for successful deployment and go-live. Connecting the requirements and designing robust processes for data management for incoming go-live dates and maintenance for the future. Connecting to the TT ITR project deployment team holistically as well as per deployment schedule/site. This includes setting and achieving commercial milestones as well as managing risks and implementing escalation procedures while driving learning and synergy generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify the data input needs for the TT ITR from commercial job families
• Translate TT ITR data requitement – pre-requisites
• Review “from and to” situation and gap
• Design the gap closing activities holistically and taking priorities connected to deployment plan into account
• Drives the data management and input to main systems (SAP)
• Connects with suppliers on labels requirements and aligning with the factories for approvals
• Clearly communicates with all levels of stakeholders to drive effectiveness (corporate, global & local/ inside Commercial & with other functions)
• Drives transparency by actively managing risks as well as implementing clear escalation procedures
• Aligns and communicates updates within Commercial
• Capitalizes on generated learnings
• Fully utilizes synergies for more efficiency in the implementation
• Is an expert in project/program/change management good practice
• Ensures knowledge management and transfers learnings & best practices across the relevant teams and stakeholders
• Works independently with intentionality and clear outcome-oriented focus

Context and Scope
The ITR data expert/coordinator ensures that the implementation of the ITR deployment is a success and all data is transparent and clear. Clear communication with stakeholders needs to be established and actively driven. Escalation processes, WoW, and process knowledge management needs to be developed and properly implemented.
Coordinating the data activities with various job families within MW commercial teams, actively driving delivery of the project to successful implementation for the included sites.
The role involves strong liaison with internal stakeholders within and outside of MW (e.g the R&D department, Global project teams, other segments)
Required for this role are strong communication, dealing with ambiguity, data analyst mindset and problem-solving skills.

Profiel

• Bachelor’s or Master degree in a Science or Engineering discipline or equivalent
• Experience in leading continuous improvement projects with a multi-functional team
• Tracked experience in project management
• Knowledge of risk management and quality tools
• Food technology, packaging and quality systems knowledge is an advantage
• Any European language next to English is a benefit
• Experience with SAP
• Strong communication skills, functional experience in project/program/change management, systems skills, problem solving skills, process mindset, navigate through complexity and ambiguity

Aanbod

• Contract via Nutri-akt for 12 months (extension afterwards is possible)
• Competitive salary €3120-€4350 per month
