For one of our clients in specialized nutrition we are looking for a Specification Nutrients Specialist, with a broad knowledge on nutrients and data analyses.
You will be working closely together with Product Development to perform recipes impact assessment to provide support in recipes design.
Function Description
We are looking for a Specification Data Specialist with a broad knowledge on nutrients of ingredients and data analyses, to support th team to collate all the data they receive from suppliers or labs in a very
organized manner which should be easily accessible to teams across the different functions globally.
You would integrate in the team and work close with Product Development to perform recipes impact
assessment to provide support in the robustness of the recipes design.
- Collect and organize all the nutrients data of all ingredients categories used in finished products globally
- Facilitate the review of specification nutrient parameters in liaison with Product Development teams
- Manage sample logistics with suppliers and factories to organize samples and send it to respective labs for testing
- Liaise with product development to carry out recipe impact assessment of ingredients
- Supporting the Key Performance Index (KPI) Dashboard creation to report the Right by design deliverables
- Identify opportunities for data improvement, process efficiency and complexity reduction
Profile
- Bachelor’s in food science, Food Technology, Life Science or Human Nutrition
- This is an entry level role. 0-2 years working experience is preferred
- Enthusiastic and proactive with a critical thinking and analytical mindset
- Strong eye for detail and organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent team working and communication skills in a cross-functional and highly international environment
- Ability to work efficiently in a changing and complex environment
- Strong competency in using MS Office tools – advanced excel skills are preferred, knowledge on Power BI is an advantage
