Vacature: Packaging Technologist

Function Description

Active participation in the execution of the defined packaging strategy for specialized nutrition through:

Collaboration with other departments both from central functions (R&I, QFS; IRO; C&P) and within the plant (Departmental Technologists, Production Planning, Materials Management, Quality)
Coordinate and actively participate in production testing in the Departments and assist in identifying non-conformities and implementing corrective actions to enable packaging implementation
Participation in the validation of new packaging. Assist in the implementation of the change in terms of quality and technology in accordance with First Time Right

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Industrial Design Engineering, Packaging, Mechanical Engineering, Technology or similar discipline
1 year experience in packaging development, preferably plastics
Experience in an international and cross functional environment
Experience in working on testing and validation of packaging developments, in existing and new production lines
Problem solving, results oriented, team player, hands on
Fluent in English
