Function Description

Purpose of the job:
The purpose of this job is to ensure first time right data accuracy in a dynamic FMCG and global travel retail environment by administrating the correct (material) data in SAP and other material data portals. Safeguard the data accuracy KPI’s with our retail customers in the NL market and ensure masterdata availability and accuracy for our international travel retail customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure first time right data accuracy in a dynamic FMCG environment
• Be part of project teams and coordination meetings
• Owner of Material Masterdata processes in SAP (create and amend item data)
• Cleaning of masterdata in SAP
• Support other supply chain teams with Masterdata and/or document requests (e.g. outbound supply team, customs department)

Profile

• Strong coordination and communication skills with local departments
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills in Dutch and English
• Minimal 1-3 years of working experience in dynamic supply environment
• MBO or HBO
• Knowledge of IT systems & Office (a.o. Outlook, Excel, Word, Atlas/SAP) and Masterdata processes is a pre
• Priority Setting, customer focus, planning, accurate
